Thom Bargen Coffee Roasters approached the Bagel House coffee a bit different than they typically do! During the roast, they hit this bean with more heat up front, giving the coffee that sweet, chocolatey flavour. After First Crack, the rest time was longer than other roasts, allowing the caramel, vanilla, and citrus notes to fully develop.
